I have always been fascinated by the incredible power of our psyche and how it can help us achieve things beyond imagination. With my psychology degree, ongoing training to become a psychotherapist, and further education in sports psychology, I have fulfilled my dream of acquiring the necessary know-how to help you unlock your full potential.
I see my role as being your sparring partner on the way to the top. I want to remind you of what you are capable of when you are given the right mental tools. I believe that everyone, including you, can do more than you might currently think. This conviction gives me the energy and confidence to do my best every day.
